The video which you just intend to delete first select it using the selection tool(the selection tool is your cursor in Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 so you need not worry to actually go and select the selection key). Suppose while making a composition you selected few videos and made a transition, but somehow the transition didn’t sooth that much to you so what you can do is you can ripple delete the transition/the video which you don’t like and then continue your composition. The point to be noticed is that we have a gap between the two videos which I have intentionally to explain you the usage of tool box.
